Brand new out of package. Runs android! It does come with charger! My husband bought it and them didn't like the features so he bought a different phone . I'm Including the start up guide that helps you how to activate it. The battery is in phone as well as Sim card. Not sure if sim card works we never used it. But ive gotten faulty sim cards befor. Nice touch screen starter phone or emergency phone whatever you need. It does have a rear camera to take pictures. Its a lg threw tracfone. Free shipping only with GIN! ( ship out on 3rd if gin is used) sorry for inconvenience we live off my husbands disability
