This Auction is for a Semi-Precious Black Banded Agate Gemstone Pendant Bead with a front to back drilled hole.
This beauty measures 2 5/8th" Long by 1 5/8th" wide and 1/4th" deep.
It is also equally flat on both sides so either side can be faced forward.

Agate is good protective stone, especially for children. It also can help strengthen the body and the body's connection to the earth. It can also lessen feelings of envy by grounding the emotions. Agate balances the physical, emotional and intellectual bodies, and balances and cleanses aura.

Thank you for the Wonderful Compliment. I love this one as well. I have one similar to it that I wear on a long three ribbon (Black, White, and Silver) Chain that hangs very low and I get compliments on it every time I wear it. Of course I wear it for the Health stabilizing benefits But having both form and function is always a bonus. The weather, while rainy, is wonderful. My son and I have been planting one tree a day (which is the most Mommy can do right now) and it has been glorious getting outside in the fresh air. How is it your way? If you remember I asked you why I was so attracted to banded agates & geodes since I was a small child & your answer was so true. You mentioned in this description how agates are a protection stone for children also. If you knew my life story than you would know our good Lord & the agates gave me much protection & comfort in those difficult years. 57 years later I am still drawn to them like bears are to honey..lol..

I also recently found out that people with anemia like myself are also drawn to geodes & crystals for the energy. Alll my window sills have geodes in them year round since I was a little girl & I'm still kicking :))

I am sorry about your childhood. I bet we could compare notes. I love that you still have faith despite the bad not so wonderful growing up experiences. To me there is no greater way to witness than to know what you have lived through and still be able to show Love to yourself, others, and you God. I am so in awe of your courage and the fact that you didn't know why but you trusted your intuitive gifts and were able to help yourself out in a small way even as a child.
I already knew you were an amazing and Divine Child of the universe and now I just know it that much more. It is a privilege to be a part of your day. I know what you've been through & you are a true warrior. I always associate the moss agate with you as it was a stone of warriors. Not even kings or leaders could wear it. Just the soldiers on the battle line.. It's also one of my fav agates. =) Everyone has there story that is true but some of us have had a lot more than other's to come through. However, I think we are the sum of our life experiences and some of the most awesome people I have ever met have had horrors in their past and because of that they they are more Amazing people for having survived. God molds us the way he needs us to be and there are many roads to that point but we are all where we are suppose to be at the moment we are suppose to be there whether we like it or not. So we might as well live, laugh, and love when and where we can so in the end there are more Joys than sorrows in our lives. I think that is about all we can ask for in the end.
