It's not a hat like that. Doesn't have a size in it. It's more of a party type hat. It's sold by a company called kangaroo. it's a little big on me so it's probably made more for a man. I am a women an I tried it when I got it and It fit ok but still roomy and loose. It's brand new, never worn. Only tried on once.
