Discs come in their cases with manuals. the NBA one is still New in Packaging (sealed) and the other (NFL) does have some obvious scratches but played fine when last used tho I can no longer test games since I no longer have the system. so I make no guarantees! all items are being given away in "AS-IS" condition.
