Yes. No DCR (which is $0.80) in US, so has to be sent registered to confirm shipping/receipt. I had a cell phone weighed for a med wt item to get a general idea, it came to $7.80, that's in addition to the regular postage. If it came up to less, I would be happy to refund the difference, I just can't afford $7-8 to ship with the volume of items I list. I won't ship w/out confirnation, anywhere. It's nothing against Canada, I just can't afford it. Thanks for your question. If you know of a cheaper way to confirm US to Canada, please let me know. Thanks! :)
