Do they have a lot of sugar in the recipe?

This recipe is set up so you can add as much or as little sugar as you want. Alot of it depends on how sweet the strawberries/fruit really is. But if you don't want to add any sugar it will be fine without it. Or if you need a sugar high you can add alot.
