The listing, Lowered GIN‼️❤️BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS hand drawn original ❤️‼️ has ended.

This is a piece of art I found at an estate sale. It is hand done, appears to have been commissioned by the Realestate agent. Has the home address ( no city and state) and artist contact info on the back.

The front says "better homes and gardens " in the bottom right corner. The pictures of the item show all details clearly. It is framed and matted and in a cheap frame with cardboard backing.

From the home style I am guessing this is a 1970s-1980s drawing as that is around the time the split level homes were becoming popular, but I have no real way of knowing.

I'll measure it in the morning and update but I believe it is about 20 inches at the longest size
