i'll have to get back to you as the tape measure i have on hand is not cooperating, i need a sewing tape measure instead

Yes, that would be hard to measure. Even with sewing tape measure I sometimes need another person to help hold. This the best way to see if it will fit my head or not. Thanks & good luck.
