From Arctic Buffalo direct, "blood" filled plugs. 9/16" saddle double flares. Worn with my Halloween costume will be sterilized before shipment. I've had many Listians get my plugs and they have been 100% satisfied with cleanliness.

Saddle plugs do not require o rings the saddle acts like one
Saddle plugs should only be used when you want to go up another size or you're done stretching. NOT WHEN YOU JUST WENT UP A SIZE. THATS WHAT NO AND SINGLE FLARES ARE FOR. YOUR EARS WILL NOT BE READY. remember everyone heals differently though.
