YW, thank you back. I know all too well about that issue, it's the #1 reason I had to stop learning years ago, but am finally able to pick it back up again. For me, it took a major dietary shift for my hands to begin healing from their issues. Idk about you, but for me it was so bad that I couldn't even tie my own shoes or zip my own pants, my wife had to help me (and I'm only 33 years old right now, mind you). It progressed over the course of a decade or so, but wasn't extremely bad until around 5-6 years ago. Rheumatoid Arthritis runs in my family, so I suspect that's the culprit mostly, because that's exactly what I was experiencing, and my unhealthy diet was aggravating it. I had to force myself to do a total 180, and within a few months it was blowing my mind how much of a change I was feeling and seeing. Nowadays, I lift weights, play with my son, and do just about everything I possibly can with my hands, lol.

I hope your situation is able to turn around for the better very soon. As I said, I know all too well what it's like to lose use of your hands, and Idk about you, but for me - at it's worst - I was crippled by the extreme pain. :(

I can understand thank goodness that your situation has been turned around mine is just carpel tunnel sometimes they are ok but loose feeling really fast. when im attempt to do something. I have already had surgery on my elbow to try and correct problems but i really don't think that it has helped. I m happy that you were able to turn things around its funny on how we eat can affect our body's so much .
