It explains a bit about the movie in the pics (back cover of DVD), but basically he pretends to be mentally challenged to enter the Special Olympics with a plan in mind to win and pay off a debt, but something else happens along the way... He gets caught by his teammates and they teach him a lesson about himself. It's very funny! Of course, I think anything with Johnny Knoxville is a recipe for laughs.
