"Marconi Rosso" is a large, tapering Sweet pepper that tastes very good when eaten green and tastes super sweet when red. Widely used in Italian cooking, delicious grilled with a bit of olive oil. Strong upright plants reach about 30" (76cm) and produce peppers 6-8" (15-20cm) long.

Special Directions for Short Season Climates

SOWING: For best results, sow indoors 8-10 weeks before last spring frost. Set transplants in the garden after the last frost. Can also be direct grown after soil warms.

THINNING: When seedlings are about 2 inches high, carefully cut weaker plants leaving strongest single plant per pot.
