This candle holder is NBWT. The frame of the candle holder is a made of a black metal. The sides of the candle holder looks like it could be of an Indian style. It's round on all 4 sides with a material I'm not familiar with; almost like a heavy paper corkscrew type of material and then sewen on to a round black metal frame.
