i bought this shirt at the children's palace in the mall here in my town. i bought my daughter 15 shirts and they all fit her except this one. it was a little to short on her but she is very very tall for her age is why. i always wash all new clothes before we wear and i never dry them i air dry them. so this shirt was washed once and hung to dry. when she put it on she took it right back off cause was short for her. so this shirt really is new.
its so cute and i think it would fit from size 10-12. my daughter just turned 10 also so that might help you all out with size.
