The listing, Pineapple mint 25+ seeds has ended.
Pineapple mint is very popular variety of mints.
check out my other auctions. I have 4 types of mint listed
It grows up to 2 foots (about 60 cm) tall and white or light pink flowers bloom in summer.
It needs a partially shaded garden location (but I have grown it in full sun and it goes well too).
You can plant your seeds in spring, when the ground has warmed. Keep the soil moist until the seeds germinate.
Try not to let the soil dry out when growing mint. Also, don’t over water it, as soggy soil leads to plant disease problems.
You should cut your plant/s regularly, because mint is very invasive. Or you can grow it in containers.
You can start harvesting mint as soon as it starts to grow in the spring. The new, fresh leaves and stems have the best flavor.
It is much better when you harvest it in the morning. :-)
Organic, E-Z to grow. A delicious culinary Herb. 2 Ft tall plants, Aromatic fragrance, Citrus scent & flavor. Summer drinks, fruit salads, herbal teas.
Most mints are started from stem cuttings or root divisions. With few exceptions, vegetative propagation is the only way to get true to variety mints. Pineapple mint is a hybrid. True pineapple mint is propagated vegetatively, so you may get varying results from seeds. The pineapple scent may be stronger or less prominent when grown from seed.
