**~**this goldtone teapot is about 1 inch tall, 1-1/2 inches wide with an oval 1 inch hang loop. it fastens with what i believe is called a catch pin. it has never been used & has only been out of the package to take the pics. i must say though, that the wrapping is quite a bit tattered but the pin has absolutely no scratches or other damage.**~**
