4. All items are from a pet and smoke free home.

5. Shipping: Digital delivery will be made within 48 hours. For non-digital items, I always ship within 7 days of getting your information (per listia's rules). Please don't ask me where your item is unless it's after 7 days that the auction closed. I will "Re list" item if I don't hear from you within 7 days of auction closure (per listia's rules).

6. I recycle shipping materials, I do offer free shipping in US only.

7. I only use PayPal if there are any shipping costs (no exceptions).

8. Feedback is important, please leave feedback as I will do the same to complete the transaction.

9. I will not tolerate rude/snide comments, saboteurs, and/or advertisements, so those will be reported, blocked, and flagged.
