I have up for bids another Winnie The Pooh Plate, by The Bradford Exchange. Title is "Many Happy Returns Of The Day" and this is the 6th issue in the Winnie The Pooh and Friends Series. No. on this plate is A3233. I have not been able to locate any of the Certificate of Authenticity, but I am still looking. I truely think that they are gone. Sorry.
