This dress is Lace like, color is maroon or wine. Brand name is JAZZ kids. It is 80%nylon and 20%rayon the lace part of the dress. The lace part of the dress is size 16 tall and the slip underneath is 100% nylon and a size 14 tall. This dress fits me and I am a size 4 or 5 in womans. Four buttons in the front and a tie that gathers the back. bottom of dress is flared.
