IT IS TO BEAUTIFUL NOT TO BE WORN!! IT IS A SIZE 20 AND THE SKIRT HAS ELASTIC AROUND THE BACK OF IT ALSO.

Hi...It is around 28 inches give or take a few inches I already have it packaged I measured were I knew it hit me in length just below my knee from my waist!! Hope that helps you! Fanned you too! Thank you :-*))

I smoke but it has been in the back part of the house in a room that has not been smoked in!! It is washable I would have but it still has tags I also put it in a bag right away after taking pictures! Fanned you also! Thank you!!

I will tell her! I did talk to her and she said she already got a dress. I was going to try to win it for her anyway since it IS her size, but she said she doesn't ear dresses. She's just wearing one for her wedding. I wish it was a little smaller. I'd get it for me. Too bad you already have it packaged. I'd love to know how big around it is without stretching it.
