Persian Carpet is an old-fashioned variety that looks a bit like a small Blanket Flower, with jazzy bicolor blooms of rich mahogany-red and gold in dramatic double and semi-double form! The 2-inch blooms are very abundant, held just above the fresh green foliage on these spreading plants, for a floriferous carpet of color all summer long!
The plants are well-branched, reaching about 16 inches tall and spreading rapidly in the sunny garden. Very vigorous, they need little attention to keep on blooming over a long season.
