this is a neet tie clasp,i guess thats what you'd call it,anybody that knows the proper name for it let me know & i'll update description.I am a guessin that it is stainless steel as it is a shinny steel/silver color or chrome i guess.this would make a good gift for the habitual criminal or officer of the law,either would love it or hate it. enjoy and thanks for lookin/biddin on my auction

If you would wrap it paper and mail it in an envelop you should be able to ship it for a little over what a stamp would cost. If you would only charge me that or a dollar for shipping, I would bid. Would you be ok with that?

hi,thanks for your question, if you do not want tracking, i will ship for a buck. ok cuz they will probably charge me more than just a stamp as it will not go through thier sorting machine and that is when the cost goes up because then they have to hand sort it. i will watch for a reply & bid . thanks and have a great day. jc
