non-smoking. from shoulder to hem is 53 inches. I'm 5'4" & it falls between my knee & ankle. not sure I did the bust right but I got 18 inches. The dress does stretch some. I hope that helps

great question!! I guess it doesn't matter how much the outer stretches if the inner doesn't. It does stretch a little
