it needs to be charged i dont know what you mean by accessoriies you attatch it to your computer to download applications and update software but it works like a small computer

this is actually a pda, it cannot connect to the internet a a stand alone item. the full purpose is to sync this with your computer to take things with you in a very small form. there are alot of awesome features that goe with this paqlm, though and it would take forever to list them...good luck
