Hello & welcome to my auction!! Just a few simple rules for you to follow & end any confusion or repeat questions!!!

1) NO advertising on my auction!!! I don't do it to anyone else & it's totally disrespectful!!! If you are caught, you can and will be blocked from further auctions & also reported immediately!!! NO EXCEPTIONS

2) NO rude or disrespectful comments towards myself or other bidders.. We are all adults here and let's act like it!!!! It will not be tolerated by myself & again, if caught, you can and will be blocked from further auctions and reported immediately!!! NO EXCEPTIONS

3) if you have a problem, please don't hesitate to contact me first, as I'm amenable to working out a compromise or solution.. Will not refund credit due to accidentally bidding or if you don't like it!!!

4) I get paid on a bi-weekly basis, so if you want to wait, then please do not bid as it will waste my time and yours!!!

Now up for auction is an HO scale one of a kind custom building on fire.. This building is designed to be placed in the middle of a block of buildings!! Therefore it has blank walls on both sides.. This way you can use a large number of Firetrucks for a relatively small building fire.. The smoke is held on mainly with straight pins, so it can be moved to different positions.. The styrofoam base can be easily hollowed out for an LED LIGHTING unit.. I hope the winner sends us a photo of how it looks on their layout!!!
