Since I discovered that earlier today, I have been very upset with myself for not checking it out before I started the auction. I apologize to you and everyone else who are watching and who are bidding... I did not personally examine the disk before posting for auction. My husband bought it, played it and had no problem whatsoever with the operation of the game disk. He gave it to me to put on auction here. After receiving your comment, I looked at the disk so I would know how to respond. I now see afterward, there is a small crack from the inner hole. It IS NOT running into the area of game play. I truly do apologize for this oversight. I am posting photos of the game in our PS3 in gameplay. My husband at no time, ever had issues with it. Again, I offer my sincere apologies.

I don't believe you are being rude or mean.... you are just asking questions and there is no harm in that. I have been considering what to do in this case and I will, at the very least, be in discussions with the winner, whoever they may be, about what needs to be done to make it right. What do you mean by "trade back"? Trading it back for another game?
