30-45 drops, and you only need a drop a use.
Also you don't always have to apply it, taking in nice big whiffs of it can do the trick.

Suggested places for topical use:
-inner wrist
-inside of elbow
-behind ear or on inner ear outside earlobe
-back of neck
-temples
