It's made of polyester and It's not reversible because they have ties on them. Thank you for asking friend.

They are for standard sized sofa, love seat and chair. I can't measure them because of the way it's made. I don't want to give an inaccurate measurement. I truly apologize friend. I have custom furniture. So I can't use them. But they will fit any standard sofa, loveseat and chair. Thank you for your question. I hope this helps.
