No all the jewelry is fake (not sure about the gold colored charms)
You can't ware real gold or you can't ware fake?

I can wear most real gold, just not 14K. I can wear real and fake jewelry just can't wear 14K gold and I had a ring a while back that I couldn't wear but I never found out what it was, it probably was 14K gold.
