I have never worn a bra to bed but maybe if it's comfy for that awkward moment

I read someone say they wish they would have listened to momma when she told her to wear a sleep bra at night-- bc she's paying for it now.
My momma always told me (back than it was sports bras, they didn't have sleep bras that I know of!!) The same thing. I always wore a lose fitting but supporting sports bra when I slept, and a typical bra during the day- and I've never had any problems (yet) not even a stretch mark. However-- my daughter who is 13 and pushing onto a C refuses to wear anything but loose (no wire, no padding n no support) strapless bandeaus during the day, and nothing at all during the night. I always worry she's going to have issues when she gets older-- but assumed that was just one of those old wives tales.
Now I'm reading your comments and thinking--maybe it's not a myth?? Does anyone know, is there any truth to it? Lol! My sister has had back problems her entire life bc of her breasts. I don't want my daughter to have to deal with done thing similar.

my mom told me the same thing when i was younger and i be leave it when you get older your glad you listen to your mom so true i have back problems my self and a good support bra helps alot i have 3 teen age grand daughters and my daughter tells them the same so this is true its always good to wear a good support bra when your younger and you get older they wont look as bad thank you i hope this helps you
