NWOT THIS DRESS IS BEAUTIFUL, it just does not fit me in the bust. I am a 42.5 and it is to tight. this is a medium, I needed a large. I bought it from Zulilly so it can't be returned. My loss is your gain! It is embroidered all around front and back and on the arms. PLUS IT IS FULLY LINED. It is very well made and was not cheap! It is a very pretty mint green.

The shell is cotton and the lining is polyester.

Your welcome, this dress looks kind of frumpy in the pictures, but it's not. It really is beautiful on, and it is very slimming. It actually lengthens the body and it looks so cute with a belt!

I would say yes. It's not form fitting at all and it's a straight cut. It could fit a large I suppose but not with a 40C bust, someone with a 36 maybe.
