Questions & Comments
Hello blupuppy1989,
In order to have better results with this listing, please add more details regarding your item. Your listing is missing a description or picture. These two things will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. We also highly recommend that you include pictures of the actual item that is being listed, (not just use stock photos from the manufacturer). For higher valued items, please include a notecard or piece of paper with your Listia username in one of the pictures of the actual item. This will also reduce the number of questions that your bidders will ask, and most importantly, you`ll get the best results with your listing.
Thanks for making these changes and good luck with your listing!
The only way it takes your credits is if you become highest bidder think of credits as money and listia as eBay they don't take money unless you are highest bidder and then if you are outbid you get the credits back to use again unless you win
Bob, it's a thing called proxy bidding. Basically what happens is that the highest bidder places a certain amount of credits and until someone puts anything higher, they will always be outbid.
Example: starting bid is 1 credit, highest bidder puts 4000 credits down. To everyone else that sees the auction, all they will see is that someone put 1 credit in. However if another bidder puts in 100 credits, they will be told that they've been automatically outbid. This will continue until someone goes above 4000. So basically if another bidder bids 4040 credits, then they will become the new highest bidder.
