20 Red Yucca seeds
Hesperaloe parviflora, Agave Family: ( Agavaceae ), Red Yucca. Also called: Red False Yucca, Red-flowered Yucca .

An evergreen perennial to 3 feet tall, flower stalk to 6 feet, plant spreads to 6 feet wide

Hummingbirds are attracted to it.

Height: Evergreen bush slowly growing to about 3 feet tall and 6 feet wide.
Flowers: The flowers are bright red, tubular, to about 1 1/4" long.
Blooming Time: April - November.
Leaves: The leaves are long and narrow stiff 3' - 4' long x 1 ¼" wide, gray green leaves, forming from a central base, arching up and out, with fibrous margins.
Habitat: Alkaline, well-drained/light soils. An ideal landscape plant

I have these in front of a Joshua tree to make a small desert scene.

Thanks for your comment, I have 2, 1 in front of a Joshua tree and the other in front of a large piece of petrified wood. They are on each side of my yard. Mine are still quite small. I gathered the seeds of one that came up near my house wild. I also look forward to them bloomong

Sounds nice... i have an area thats a rock garden.with lots of succulents.. and desert plants....these would make a nice border for that..

yes they would, I've seen them the 3 feet high but none have been that wide, and they are very common around here, often as borders, the flower stalk can get around 6 feet, but are weighed down by the pods.

well thanks for the info.. these seem perfect for the border.. the rock garden is set up for looking at it from the back porch out.. so these would be for the outside edge..
