This is a beautiful piece, I've had it for years. It needs a good cleaning and polishing, but other than that everything is good. Music box is wind up type and works perfectly. Made in China.

When my Grandma handed it down to me, I was told it was Sterling Silver. Also, the weight of the item and the tarnish that wipes away with a cleaning cloth and some elbow grease. I will get right back to you on shipping cost, and yes it's through PayPal.
