Red flashing heart to clip on dog collar. Meant to keep you dog visible and safe during late night walks or low visibility conditions. Easily clips off and on your pets collar, but comfortable enough to remain attached since the flasher can be turned off. It can also be used as a key chain or clipped on to just about anything that may need to have higher visibility for safety. Such as a child's backpack or bike basket. I use these regularly, so I know how well they work. This is, of course, New in package and batteries come already installed.
