Hi Laura, they are not new, but I really only wore them a couple of times. The rust one is the oldest. I bought the hats at Clair's wore them a couple of times then put them at the top of my closet. I would say the black and white is in like new condition. The rust one has been packed and repack and looks a bit more wompy....lol I think all it needs is a little TLC to help it out....lol
