This is a size 3t red and black dress, Dollie & Me brand. The top part of it is red and black striped with very thin silver stripes in between each layer of red and black and a little silver heart right in the middle. A black elastic band separates the top and bottom. The outer layer of the bottom part is like sheer and has a lining underneath. The bottom section is all black with little red hearts all over. Length from top of shoulder to the bottom is approx 21 1/2". Bodice: 71% polyester, 22% rayon, 5% spandex, 2% metallic; skirt/lining: 100% polyester.
