This is a Forever 21 teal chiffon dress from the Love 21 line. I bought this online in a size medium but it's way too big for me. It fits like a large. I wore it once with a skinny belt to kind of cinch the waist but it is still too big. It's really cute. It has embroidery on top and is V neck with a string so u can adjust how much cleavage you want to show =].

I'm a size 6 too... it fits me but it's very loose... It looks cute with a belt either at the ribcage or below your waste... I wear it like a drop down waste dress... so you can't tell that the dress is too big..
