This auction is for two Brand New Julep Polishes :)! The yellow is Lilou- From the Bombshell Collection and the other polish is a jelly top coat. So you put the yellow coat on and then the green coat afterwards? I've never heard of a jelly coat.

The yellow is a normal Julep polish I had never heard if a jelly coat either that's why I purchased it looked so neat and I've seen the after pics it's an almost matte look it honestly looks like Jelly Beans:)!!! Thanks for the interest
