Did this come from the website Wish? I'm wondering since you said it runs small and all the writing is in Chinese. Plus they have the exact one. Their sizing is Korean sizing which would make this a american size small- medium in women's.

Wish is a great site for purses, shoes, jewelry, etc. Most everything is under $10 including shipping. But I've never heard a good review about the clothes. Women buy the clothes and have to give them to their young daughters.
