A 1950 B series green seal $10 star/error note! (ERROR: green seal is off centered on the word "TEN")
The star means the original bill was badly damaged or had a error so they sent it back to the mint to have the bill destroyed, then replaced with another bill and the same serial number. What makes this bill rare is that it's a star note AND has a error on it still.
