two books by dr. adkins the first book was printed in 1972 so it's a classic. the second book is about nature's answer to drugs.i've tried his diet for about 7 months now, and for me it works you don't have to go around hungry, no my results may not be yours i don't know but when i started i weighted 307lbs now 267lbs you make your own mind up
