The listing, Dog Coat has ended.

Never used dog coat. Fits sm/med dog. Mine dog is a cockapoo (30 lbs) but the coat is adjustable. Very warm coat for cold weather. Velcro strap for around the neck and belly. Fabric is a southwestern motif.

No, it is fabric, with a lambs wool type fabric on the inside similar to some dog beds I have seen.
