AUTHENTIC Ray Ban G-15 (lense) Aviator Sunglasses from Bausch & Lomb of Rochester, New York!!! Nothin' like the "Real Deal"! And these come with the original case!

MADE IN THE U.S.A.! (No Ray Bans were made in the U.S.A after 1998; these were purchased in the 50s, and I am the second owner.)

The lenses are in perfect condition. The frames are 1/10 12k Gold Filled. The Bakelite™ nose pads are a touch from no later than the 50s, and a much rarer part of style to find for these glasses, and just plain COOL!!!
All vintage Ray-Ban sunglasses feature "precision ground lenses polished from crystal clear optical glass so they are free from distortion or any other flaw."
★Among B&L's constant density lenses, the Ray-Ban G-15 neutral gray lenses transmit all colors equally so they retain their true values, providing 85% visible light absorption and 100% UV protection. Bausch & Lomb developed the G-15 in 1951 as a "neutral" sunglass lens, using a technology developed for Navy fighter pilots that mimics how the human eye reads color. While providing 100% UV protection, the G-15 renders colors true and easy on the eye. The gray-green G-15 lens has proved superior over time, with virtually no fading of tint, and it is still used in new Ray-Ban sunglasses.

These are Beautiful! My guess is probably not:( BUT! Do you know if these frames could acommodate Prescription Lenses? I will google & try to find out. They are amazing!! F&W

Thank You So Much! I am certain that these frames WILL "accommodate" prescription lenses, (unless the lenses are like Coke bottle bottom thick, which is pretty rare these days). The glass implemented for these lenses IS "optical glass"; so it is not thin nor cheapy stuff...and would most definitely hold some optical lenses other than the originals.
