Two vintage near antique cards of a nice variety of darning yarns made by Wilshire and sold thru E-Z Thread company of NY, NY. Each card has 7 colors for a total of 14 colors. I don't know about you, but darning socks and gloves saves money, and it's also fun. But these do more than that, they are also ephemera and look terrific framed over a work area. Pastels on one card and darker colors on the other, it covers just about any sock color except white & black! But they can also be used to mend other items, the 100% virgin wool is also washable and made in USA!
In this auction you get both cards, no choices, no GIN.Can't say how much is left of each color, but plenty to darn some socks! Darn gloves fingers too! Nice piece of needlecraft history! Great gift too!
