The listing, 1960's-1970's Barbie Outfits has ended.
I have some barbie pattern outfits. My aunt gave them to me when I was a fanatic about sewing and now they've just been sitting around my apartment. I think their 1960's-1970's, judging from the patterns and the designs.
As always with my auctions, I ship a few days after the auction, unless I tell the winner otherwise.
My mom made these exact outfits for me from these same pre-printed panels back in the late 1970's! They are generic for 11-1/2" fashion dolls and aren't Mattel-affiliated but still very cool and retro!
You are correct. These are generic doll clothes. They didn't fit like the Mattel clothes but we were thrilled to have them and make the clothes. They fit most of the dolls, like Barbie, pretty well. I had the Hardy Boys and the other dolls and the all wore these clothes. I wish they would bring them back to the fabric shops though. :-)
