This adorable dress is made by Tommy Hilfiger 100% cotton and has a brown inside liner. The wrap ties at the side with long ties and buttons on the inside to make sure it stays closed. Beautiful teal color doesn't quite show up but it's gorgeous. Will work for summer weddings, church, picnics in the park or anywhere you want to feel and look pretty. Size small. Will be shipped free with tracking. Thanks for looking!

Ok so it's about 40 inches from top to bottom. I'm 5'8" and it comes to the middle of my knees.
