F&W - Morning Glory seeds usuallycan remain viable for years, in my experience. But that's hand-harvesting from my own plants. Usually pkgd seeds are coated to ensure longer viability, so you may have to pre-soak beforehand, morning glory seeds have hard coatings, so sometimes they need a little help if they're not fresh.
