i am sorry to say that i will no longer be doing free shipping. i will just say it was not working out well. i will charging the following rate for all my items and what it goes over, i will cover. each item now will come with a delivery confirmation number given to you before i mail out.. the rest will go towards shipping. i will take pay pal and money orders only for shipping payments.

if you bid and win, then decided you no longer want item, i will not return the credits back to you. if you allow someone else to use your computer/ listia and win the bid and you can not pay shipping or do not want item i will not give back your credits . also if i don't hear from you in 7 days, i will keep credits and relist item...
