Tie a witch tree decoration size 60 inch x 14 inch ...the instructions read ...cut the plastic tie into half and put each through the top and bottom part of the figure.. nail/ stick the 2 ends of the ties to a tree(nails/stickers not included) tie the ropes around the figure.... this looks really cool in a yard ..... i will pay shipping and i promise to get it in the mail fast ..please check my site out for my other listings ...I have a tie a frankenstein also listed ...thank you....have a great safe and spooky fun halloween this year!!!!!!!!!!!!
